Excellent Breakfast everyday. excellent service, Vanessa, the chef, was attentive, informative and always cheery. Great local dishes. Randy, Cheryl and Stacey (servers) were always welcoming, but also polite and discrete. The location is breathtaking. but also intimate and relaxing. Plus charming. All the staff: Pernaldo and Omar (dinner servers), Mellissa and Simone (Reception), Omar (the groundskeeper), Chevon (security), Tannecea (management) are top notch. They hit that balance between welcoming warmth and politness that is just what you need on vacation. Mellissa was a huge help with a difficult billing issue, great communication. Tannecea was great point of reference as a go-to person in management, sensitive but also organized. The massages were very good. I worked ten years as a massage therapist in the best hotels in NYC and these therapists were great. The yoga teacher was serious and challenging, but patient and precise in her comments. Dinner was always delicious and the dining deck is fabulous.

My one criticism concerns the physical plant. I think some money needs to be invested in bringing the place up to the very best standard. It is already gorgeous, cool and laid back. However it is getting a little worn out at some some of the edges. The private hot tub needs an updating, could be so amazing. The rum bar in the cave could become really great. The ladders down to the water need to be replaced. The tub and shower in our cottage was super clean and worked great, but it was getting a little worse for wear.

The staff were incredibly kind. The location is ideal for swimming without the beach. Trouble as our server for breakfast and lunch.

We loved the view , the ambiance, the staff , the self serve bar , the accommodative staff - from the life guards to the house helpers. The food was also lovely
