The entire setting is beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
We noted some repair work was needed to windows in hallways. This is a minor flaw that my husband noted. However the overall stay was very pleasant. Dinner took a while to reach our table despite the restaurant not being busy. I had to wait for my dinner while the rest of the family was already eating.

I was assisted Mbali throughout my stay. The staff is extremely welcoming and are quite attentive but Mbali never forgot my face at all. I hope to see her soon next year. Everything about the hotel was impeccable. The food was amazing! They broadcasted the fifa world cup games which we all got to enjoy, specifically the SA vs CANADA fixture. Kudos to the hotel for accommodating us all.

The rooms were ok nothing much except that when we bath the steam was all over the room, I guest the steam shower generator was not working
