Everything. We had a fabulous stay. The staff were so accomodating. All of the staff were so friendly and accomodating. Special shout out to Andy the night manager.

The staff were incredible, they went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much hassle and when they overheard that we would be catching a late night sleeper bus they offered to look after our luggage whilst we had our last evening in town, and allowed us to freshen up in the spa before finally leaving the hotel. Beyond the service the facilities are immaculate, the pool is amazing. The breakfast buffet is extensive and covers both western and eastern options.
I would travel to Siem Reap again just to stay at the resort.
The food at the resort was on the pricey side. It is a little far from the main part of town, so you need to catch a grab for eating out or shopping. A minor inconvenience considering the enjoyment of staying at such a high quality establishment.

Cambodian style and friendly staff .
Staff responded quickly to issues.
food was poor and choice limited .
No entertainment as stated on their website and bar does not do any happy hour.
my first room ( changed because of noise from band playing next door) needed a refurbishment . 2 nd room better but door lock needed to be replaced. If want Cappuccino at breakfast they charge $3.50 extra?
