Easy to find, helpful staff, and free coffee in the mornings
Checkin is a bit challenging as you need to create your own entry card. Also the numbering of the rooms is a bit confusing.

The convenience of the apartment is very good. Having a washing machine is a great plus.

Big room and bathroom, free coffee and tea in lobby. Good location. When the staff are there, they are very friendly and helpful.
No reception staff on arrival (which we expected) but the printer that prints the room number was not printing so we did not know our room number. The phone number on the booking information just had a message saying the reception was closed and reopened at 7.30am. After two hours another guest worked out how to call using a number not listed online but on a sign at the check in desk...not very prominently displayed. The room did not have a kettle which was odd but had we not had a terrible arrival we would have seen the freebies. The lift broke down and our door access cards stopped working on day 2 so we had some access issues, this was only over a 2 night stay, I would not want to think about it for a longer stay.
