The location near the lake, the cleanliness, the courteous and helpful manner of the staff, excellent facilities and activities provided for families/children. Also loved the breakfast buffet, everything was nicely provided.
The wait for the buggy to come and pick us up on time could have been better as its a long way up to walk to our room everytime. The buffet for lunch and dinner was expensive compared to other 5 star hotels there.

Everything is comfortable here. Rooms are very good and my children's are very enjoyable
