We returned to Agios Ioannis after 10 years, and choosing Kentrikon Hotel Boutique for our stay was a lovely decision.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of the resort, very close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. The hotel has two entrances: the main entrance is down near the beach, while the secondary entrance is higher up, close to the road leading down into the village. One thing worth knowing is that the villas are arranged on different levels, so there are some stairs to climb or descend to reach the rooms. This did not bother us at all — quite the opposite! We saw it as a nice opportunity to get some exercise and burn a few of the calories accumulated from all the delicious Greek meals.
The continental buffet breakfast was very good and offered a nice variety: fried and boiled eggs, fresh vegetable salad, cheese, ham, sandwiches, Greek yogurt, watermelon, traditional Greek sweets, cereals, honey and jams, orange juice and coffee. On some days, Mrs. Violeta even prepared omelette for us upon request. We also have to mention that the portokalopita she makes is simply the best in Agios Ioannis! It was absolutely delicious and one of those special touches that made our stay even more memorable.
Mrs. Violeta is truly one of those people who can make a good place even better. She is incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely caring towards all the guests. Her attitude and attention to detail are a wonderful example of how people can elevate the experience of a hotel. Thank you, Violeta, for making our mornings even more pleasant!
Our room was small but very cosy, charming and, most importantly, extremely clean. Housekeeping was excellent: the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed daily.
We knew that rooms in Agios Ioannis tend to be on the smaller side. For us, this was not an issue at all.

wow.. now thats a special place.
1. the staff and owners are simply amazing people, always there to help and chat with you.. a very homey feeling
2. breakfast is excellent
3. the rooms are spacious , clean and fits families
4. close by to the see and encased in greenery
the only thing i can think of, is that parking was not for free so we had to park a few minutes from there.. but its no biggie

Rooms were very clean and cosy. Towels are changed dailt. Staff are polite ans helpful - they truly care for their guests. Food for breakfast was quite tasteful.
Low variety of food for breakfast. Strong price for 3 star hotel.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό, το προσωπικό έδειξε ενδιαφέρον από την πρώτη στιγμη, και ανταποκρίθηκε σε κάθε απορία μας. Το wifi δεν το χρησιμοποίησα καθώς τον περισσότερο χρόνο επισκευτήκαμε την γύρω περιοχή για μπάνιο και φαγητό στα υπέροχα εστιατόρια της περιοχής.
