el personale molto gentile e attento a che non mancaze nulla
un po' rumorosa la stanza, si sentiva tutto lo del piano sopra, ma se rispetava l'orario di silenzio per riposare, quindi non ho avuto problema.

la stanza è spaziosa e confortevole, letto comodo, dotata di cucina ampia e comprensiva di tutto il necessario, oltre a tavolo con sedie e divano. Bagno più che adeguato e tutto molto pulito. Ottimo il wi-fi, TV e aria condizionata.
Posizione discreta per raggiungere le città di Pisa Lucca e Pistoia.
sposterei il check out alle 12,00 anziché alle 10,00, ma, a parte questo piccolo dettaglio, tutto ok

Personnel très agréable, a l ecoute et serviable. Appart spacieux pour 4, avec sa petite terrasse. Bon couchage. Bel emplacement par rapport a ce que nous souhaitons faire lors de notre séjour. Un lidl et supermercado a proximité. Un joli petit village avec de très jolis et très bons restaurants.
Aucune insonorisation. Mieux vaut aimer se lever TRES tôt. La salle de bain parait neuve mais l état de la douche est pitoyable, quand à la cuisine : un frigo top qui ne fonctionne pas , un lave vaisselle qui ne lave pas, l état de l évier et du plan de travail est à revoir, pas de micro ondes, pas de poêle. Entretien des climatisations est a revoir : l eau coule sur les murs et les moisissures sont bien présentes.
