Lovely staff and the ocean view room was literally just metres from the ocean. At high tide it wasn’t even a metre - million dollars views.
Not really an issue for us but if you want to go into Chaweng etc then it’s a cab ride into town as Lipa Noi is away from the centre. We knew this before arriving so not an issue.

The wonderful staff and the beautiful and peaceful location, also the gardens were lovely.
Uncomfortable sun beds, wooden beds with very thin pads, so it was like sitting on boards, uncomfortable seating on the balcony and a hard bed ( maybe personal preference but was very firm), a few more parasols would be good.
