The room had the wow factor the four poster bed was fantastic the bathroom was spotless and a very large bath and bed was very comfortable the food was excellent as the service was
Only had 3 TV channels and WiFi wasn't very strong

Food was excellent a gluten free selection. Location was good.
The hotel is looking very tired Water stains on the walls in the bedroom, chipped paint everywhere, threadbare carpets on the stairs. Window only open a tiny bit which meant the room didn't cool down over night. Rooms at the front are noisy from the square.
