Muy buena

La atención, la cama súper cómoda, todo muy limpio. El servicio de desayuno está bien, es muy completo. También cenamos en el restaurante y la cena estuvo muy buena.

Excelente lugar por su ubicación y atención. Volvería siempre.

Todo me pareció excelente. Desde la recepción muy amable de todos los empleados al llegar, pasando por las habitaciones super amplias, limpias y con todo lo necesario. Utilicé el servicio de spa, la masajista excelente. La pileta pequeña pero muy linda. La ubicación excelente a dos cuadras de la peatonal. El servicio de estacionamiento excelente. El desayuno muy variado y abundante. Tiene restaurant para almorzar y cenar, nosotros cenamos y los platos riquísimos y abundantes. Nada es barato pero vale cada peso!

Overpriced when considering shortcomings.

Only good thing was the location. The hotel is clean and still fairly well maintained.

The reception could be improved. Barely any smiles. We wanted to order from the restaurant which was advertised as being open until 23.30 but we called before 23.00 and it was already closed. What hotel restaurant closes at 23.00?? Especially in Argentina? We had to order food delivery and it’s unfortunate that guests have to go down to the lobby to receive the delivery rather then the delivery guy coming up to the room. The room was hot as hell so I turned off the heat and turned on the AC. The room remained hot and we were not able to get the temperature to go down. It was like a sauna. In the middle of the night we decided to call reception. Receptionist said they control the ac from a distance and that it was blocked by reception! We asked for it to be turned on as it was way too hot and they denied us! They said to open a window! That’s just ridiculous. On top of that the window could open but could not stay open due to a defect. For the price you should be allowed to turn on the AC any time you please.

Quiet, clean, and in the city center

Quiet, clean, and right in the city center with the peatonal a block away with great shopping and food options. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had-great variety and great quality.

Everything according to expectations except the pool/terrace which were a bit small.

The room and the breakfast were nice. They met expectations.

The pool and terrace area was very small for the amount of guests we were at the hotel.

A great hotel if you fancy paying a bit extra and treating yourself to some luxury!

Spacious rooms, plenty of facilities and good options for English TV. Excellent WiFi too.

Had some problems checking out as they over charged me for me stay. However they were very quick to apologise and refund me the money the next day so not a massive issue in the end.
