We were only able to see the property at night. Speedy check in - secure parking and large dining area

Our Room had a balcony, which was very nice.
We received an Email, which was saying that, even if we didn't book breakfast, we would get it anyways. At the check in we talked to the mister at the reception, showed him the email sent by the hotel. His answer was, that he would check it, but never did. It was very disappointing and not satisfied.
