The entire staff made us feel very welcome.
We used most facilities in the hotel: Bar, Spa and restaurant. The all offered a great service.
The decoration is very colourful, which makes it a bit different fro the usual mountain hotels: I really liked it!
Nothing!

Friendly staff.
Breakfast a bit disappointing.

The staff were lovely and friendly in both reception, bar and restaurant.
Massively overpriced. The photos definitely make the swimming pool and jacuzzi look bigger than they are. The expensive room didn’t include breakfast - had to pay extra and the access to spa (swimming pool, steam room, jacuzzi) was only free until 2pm, after which you also had to pay extra. The food was quite average with some pretence of fine dining that materialised in small, good looking plates that tasted pretty mediocre, with high prices as well. Also parking not included - need to pay extra.
The room was again very average and quite expensive for what you got.
