The room was cute and bed comfortable. Nice view of the town. Wonderful breakfast. Close to downtown.
Room was on third floor with no elevator; difficult to lug baggage up the steps. No one was at reception at most times.

We liked the location within walking distance of the ferry terminal. The bed was comfortable. They included some instant coffee packets. The shower was a great water pressure and felt nice. The self checkin was simple, our keys were waiting for us at the front desk when we arrived, although they said checkin was at 3, we arrived on the ferry around 2 and our keys were already there. Shared refrigerator in the hallway was convenient for storing items.
Only 2 pillows would prefer 2 for each person

Weird layout made it hard to use the room other than sleeping. So there is a bed and long couch next to it, and a narrow what appears to be a hall table instead of a desk with a small chair. And then another loveseat type seat in the corner. so there is no where 2 people can sit and eat comfortably, or watch tv, except in bed, which is not really practical.
The power outlets were .... interesting. Old, and didn't hold the plugs firmly. The power also fluctuated greatly so when we tried using adapters to use our phone chargers (we're from US so have different plugs) the phone charging kept cycling on and off and it took all night to charge our phones. There is one plug where the teapot is and the cord is very short so you have to put it on the floor to make tea, and unplug the TV. Very impractical.
The bathroom for sure needs more shelves as well. It was hard to find a spot to put all of our toiletries.
The pay breakfast is not offered after sept 15th because it's off season. We were OK with that, but sorry we missed out on it.
There were also loud teens hanging out on the corner across the street late at night, glad they were having fun but we had to shut the window because of the noise. Which is no big deal usually except we wanted to keep the window open to make it not too hot in there (the heater on the lowest setting still made the room quite warm).

The room was large! The beds were great. The facility is clean. Close to everything, including the ferry harbor. There was a parking spot available for me. I left my car and walked around.
I couldn’t open the window.
