The staff was really helpful, on the last day we couldnt have a hot shower for a inconvenience in manteinance and they gave us some solutions, happy guests :)

Room is spacious, clean and it is possible to regulate the temperature - we prefer a bit lower temperature.
Breakfast is excellent - wide choice of tasty food. Pancakes machine adds fun for the whole day :)
Less messages on phone would be better. Also, we would like to have hot water in the last evening, but it is out of your power to run the hotel without any equipment breaking :)

Check-in/out was easy. Checked in a lot earlier than expected which was a bonus.
Breakfast was decent
Rooftop and restaurant staff were confused about everything, orders were wrong/forgotten and they weren't very friendly. We felt like an inconvenience to them, unacceptable service.
Room was mostly clean, but grubby, for the price I would expect better, there were some marks and stains on the sheets, curtains, floor, pillow cases.
There was a bad odour on our floor all the time.
Everything in the ground floor is very expensive, €6 for a small beer can, €4 for water, unnecessary money grab.
