Lovely hotel and our second time visiting, the only thing we werenโt keen on was the new self check in service, it just felt quite impersonal! We preferred it when there was a proper reception. Other than that, more food options where reception is would be handy as there arenโt too many places local. Nice hotel but these are just personal preferences. Staff helpful when they were there.

I liked that everything was card only charges.
I hated the bedroom head board or non existence of. Where was I supposed to put my pillow to rest my head for reading or using a tablet. Silly gap with a lovely picture did not work for us.
Bed a bit hard but all in all okay.
