The staff was excellent. From our initial checking with Virginia to the husband and wife team that helped clean or room, and pools. Cannot say enough about the outstandling level of hospitality they offered. Any the guy handling our bags (we brought a lot) was very kind and efficient going up and down the stairs.

The room was nice, and the staff were very welcoming, helpful, and kind
I’m giving it an 8 because our stay went well and the staff were lovely.
However, there are definitely things that need improvement. First of all, some lights in our room weren't working—such as the ones for the indoor Jacuzzi. Also, the outdoor Jacuzzi isn't on the same level as the room; you have to go outside and up to a terrace. That’s fine, but it really should be specified for guests with mobility issues. The view was superb.
The worst part, though, was breakfast. Despite the quality of the food, it isn't a buffet, so the selection is limited, and you have to pay extra for water, milk, or tea. But the real issue was the wait time; one of the mornings we had to interrupt our breakfast short so we wouldn't miss an activity—we waited over 50 minutes, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standing.

Location is closed to the tourist area
We booked a villa and expect a nice room, but when we arrived the room was like so basic. The room was huge but their tv was to small.
