Plenty of room in the apartment with good kitchen facilities. The outdoor pool and spa was good.
Needed a taxi to bring groceries back from shopping centre not quite walking distance.

Hotel is located at prime location in Broadbeach. Parking is underground. Lift is available from parking to all floors, a great thing which most facilities lack. Room was very clean. Beds were comfy. Hot water was steady. Room is pretty big and pictures do not do justice. Very good view with open balconies. Room Key is the access to all facilities.
Property is a bit dated but well maintained. Bathroom fittings are old style. The bath tub had some rust on the drain. Not much of an issue though. The pros overshadow the cons by far.

Location, comfy beds and fairly spacious.
Good view of the area and limited sea view.
Good process for collecting keys after hours. Easy parking and lift.
The bathrooms were very old with a lot of rust and the ensuite shower head dribbled water and wasn't functioning properly.
Not enough bathl towels, only one kitchen tea towel. The details of the facilities for the flat mentions 'toiletries' but only a start up pack is provided.
A sign says to keep flat clean but the vacuum cleaner isn't working and in very poor condition.
The bathroom wasn't that clean especially the floor. The sofa set is falling to bits as we opened and closed the recliners. Under these there was all sorts of stuff and had not been cleaned.
Carpet is very old and not the best to keep clean with no vacuum cleaner and two little ones.
Finally, the exiting time of 9.30am is very early, too early.
