The room was all we needed, clean and adequate facilities. No plug in bathroom basin.
The fact that they did not say that the Studio room was on the 3rd floor. And at 84 & 77 carrying our cases up and down was a huge ask. They offered us a parking space of which was a big thank you.

Location was excellent; good water pressure in the shower.
Living room lounge was very uncomfortable (one end had no springs the other end very hard); the outside patio was not cleaned and virtually unusable with only one outdoor chair of 8 not damaged; air con was average at best.
