there was parking available, staff was very helpful and accommodating. very fast response. the balcony was spacious and the views were beautiful. the sofa bed was comfortable too. very clean and spacious apartment.

good location for exploring the city by walk or bike, most popular city beaches nearby, friendly staff, parking provided

- every movement can be heard through the walls from another room, basically no sound isolation. - biggest hospital located in the vicinity and it happened that helicopter has been deployed in the middle of the night for an emergency on one of the islands. we didn't know what the hack was going on, lights, unbearable noise, curtains flying all over...

I expected to have see view and I had to look at the tall grass and trees only. The rest was fine.

Excellent customer service provided by the reception.

There wasn't see view at all and I was expecting to have it because it was described in this way in the booking page of the apartment. Also information that the apartment is located at the ground floor was hidden in other details of the features of the apartment. It was unfair and I felt dissatisfied.

Exceptional

The receptionest Bozena (hope i've got her name right) was brilliant she went above and beyond, she so genuine and helpful, gave us lots of good tips and advice about Split, all peple working in hospitality should have her attitude, a big thank you again Martina and Paddy (from Ireland)⁷

Great location with sea view.

A wonderful location overlooking the sea. The room was a good size for two of us and comfortable. I chose this hotel as it offered secure parking. There wasn't a restaurant or bar on site, but there were several less than a kilometre away. Getting into the city centre was easy by taxi.

Nothing adverse to report.

Great place if you are looking for a stay with a 2-minute walking distance from a quiet beach

Super close to a very good beach! A bit further from the center but after some 20 minute walk you can get to the main bus/train and ferry terminal. Closest bus station is some 7 minutes away and you need to go only two stops to get to the center. Bolt (taxi) to the center costs around 6€.

There wasn’t a proper place to dry towels and swimsuits. Major flaw - WiFi didn’t work at all! The closeness to helipad was not an issue for us but it could be disturbing to someone with little kids.

Loved to stay in this place! Nice, Clean, comfortable and perfect location. Super convinient!

I love the easy location of the room. It´s a completely private room that has everything you need for a great and comfortable stay. Moreover, the owner of the house was flexible on the arrival time and check-out. Also very friendly and helpful in terms of recommendations. I loved booking this place!

Great appartements

Great appartements and really close to a magnification beach, there is also a long promenade that can get you to the city center

Quite far from the center . You need to walk 30/35 minutes to get there but it's worth it

Nice modern room with spotty wifi and a little too far from the center of split

Owner super helpful, friendly and had great tips for navigating the area. Right on a beach. Can walk along the beach to city center.

Far from city center but very close to a pebble beach. 30-40 minute walk to the Riva. Check in difficult without ability to call host. Call required to open gate. Very spotty wifi.

Sea view, clean apartment, 5 minute walk to the beach.

The apartment is located next to the Split hospital heliport. I wasn't bothered by the noise but other tourists might be. The apartment we stayed in is due for some touch up maintenance.

villa was close to sea side, just 3-5 min walk. no big crowds, lots of place on beach. Super friendly staff,specially the receptionist.

Only benefit was the beach

Access to the beach was handy

The accommodation was disappointing. I'm not sure how it's 4*; it certainly felt like a budget hotel. The walls between the rooms were paper thin, we could hear our neighbour listening to tv. The aircon and hot water weren't intuitive, first place I've ever stayed where I've had to turn the immersion on. Plugs were falling out of socket holes, the wardrobe was falling apart. No tea or coffee left for the room.

Super nice place near the city center of Split

Near the beach (2-3min by foot), very clean and modern, our room had a view of the ocean which was nice, every morning we got new towels, room hat a kettle coffee and tea, bathroom was big and had a tub, lady at the reception was super nice. Would recommend this place to everyone and will come back.

city center of Split was a bit faw away (30min by foot) but only 5-10min with the bus but that wasn‘t a problem
