The environs were very peaceful and relaxing
My booking was not handled professionally, communication was vague and I didn't get what I paid for.

Our room was absolutely beautiful and the staff were really warm and friendly.
We stayed in room number 6 and the aircon unit in the veranda was noisy and on the whole afternoon and night.

Food was delicious around the clock
My overall challenge was entering the resturant no one to welcome guests and wait for so long until someone comes out. Saturday night I physicallyhad to walk into the bar to request the menu

The gorgeous views and the room setup
It was filthy - we had a room with a little balcony but it was extremely dirty 😳 the carpeted stairway walking up to the rooms is filthy - really needs a clean. Our bedding was dirty and I had to ask for someone to change it.
Thankfully the receptionist attended to it swiftly. There is no lift to take up luggage nor is there a butler to help carry. The lodge was also quite noisy as the restaurant is downstairs just under the rooms
