We booked a seaview room and it was truly incredible - the view out of the window made the trip worth it. The hotel is also close to all restaurants on the old harbour.
The road to get there is very distressed - make sure not to be arriving at night at least for the first time. The property doesn’t have reserved parking which does become an issue in Assos. Finally, the staff cannot speak English (at all) but, while the man receiving us on the first day was very friendly and tried to help us with Google Translate, the woman was absolutely unhelpful and did not answer any of our questions about the area / possible trips / etc. Finally, we booked with breakfast included and arrived 5 minutes late on the second day. They told us that it was too late by then and we were not even offered a water bottle (which would have been included anyways in our rate). We would never come back because of the unfriendly staff and would prefer other hotels which also have beach clubs, like the Troy hotel.

Awesome location and kind staff. Our room was tight--but good value for money. The hotel's swimming platform is convenient and comes with a 2- or 3-meter jump-off point into the stunning Aegean. The Turkish breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Parking was smooth and affordable.

The room I stayed in smelled of frying oils and the bathroom had a moldy smell. Definitely not worth the price they charge. And the prices at the restaurant was outrageous. 10 shrimps cooked in olive oil was 16$!! We parked the car in front of the entrance and in the morning our car was covered in bird poop! They made a joke about it but we could have been warned and I would have parked the car somewhere else. I literally wanted to run away from the place.
