Excellent value for money, all-told.

Close to all amenities - restaurants, Aldi, bus stop etc. 45-minute walk to the beach at Albufeira. Quiet location.

The beds were uncomfortable (poor mattress), so I slept on the living-room sofa bed which was better. The only other downside was that the location was very difficult to find at night, in the dark. There was no visible signage outside the property. The directions and postcode given by Booking.com were very vague, so the taxi driver could not find it. He dropped me off in the vicinity and it took half an hour of walking around, asking local people, before I found the property.

Inexpensive and spacious accomodation easily reachable by car from albufeira

Lot of living space. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Kitchen included for this price is amazing..

The address given in the bookings.com page is not right. If one copies this address and use it in Google Maps, then it takes 11 km was of this place.. we actually went there and could not find the apartment and called the owner through bookings.com and then got the actual address. So it was really hectic.. Therefore i would ask bookings.com to update the address carefully. At least add the name of the hotel in the address, so that Google Maps would not take it to any wrong place. Finding this location created us lot of havocs, so please work on this Brookings.com !!

just a few things short.

liked the size of the apartment and that there was a nice pool. bedrooms were great.

cleaning did not seem to really happen. the bathroom shelves had lots of toothpaste on it and the floors could have used a good mopping. also there should always be clean towels on the racks. There was no dish soap or proper toiletries for guests.

Fine stay, nice pool far away from the town or beach.

The place is an old house but nice and quite clean except of many clothing moths. We've been checked in to large apartment even bigger than expected. Location is not the finest but for 7-10 eur you can travel to the beach or town.

Location is not the finest. Many clothing moths. Lady that checked us in didnt speak English and Im not sure if she understand or was aware even that we are arriving.

Lovely apartment in a quiet location, definitely one to consider.

This was my second stay here. This apartment is ideally located for those wishing for a quiet relaxing holiday. Apartment is roomy enough for 2 people and has a lovely swimming pool area on site. Wi-Fi coverage was excellent and the kitchen was perfect for my needs, Carlos even provided an electric kettle. There a various quiet beaches located about a 5 minute drive away and there are food shops located within a short walking distance of the property.

It suited my needs perfectly.

Exceptional

Amazing quality for the money! Rooms were clean, the toilets bathrooms were equipped with everything one may need. We had a separate fully furnished kitchen. The pool was an amazing bonus. Breathtaking beaches are within 30 min walking, if you take an uber/bolt it's even quicker. Excellent place, 10/10 would stay again!

The chap managed to find us a villa just down the road for the same price I don't know if this was right you may like to check if we were over charged it was called Villa Carlos

They seemed to think we weren't coming but I had phoned the week before to yourselves to check if they still accepted cash

Poor

The property needs refurbishment. Everything is very ancient, tired, looks worn out dirty. Half amenities simply don't work. Walls and tiles with cracks. Armchair is so tired and looks so dirty that it makes it impossible to sit down on it. There's only one plug which needs to serve kettle, coffee machine, toaster and microwave oven. Might be a good thing that coffee machine is broken so less devices for 1 plug. If you want to microwave something you need to carry microwave in your hands to swap its positioning with kettle and toaster. It felt like the owner of the property doesn't care one little bit about their customers. They are so tight that they don't provide you even with soap!! And it's during corona virus times... Also if you Google the address of this place it shows you a completely different place which is about 30 minutes drive from the actual location. The management team simply don't bother to warn their customers about it while if you manage to reach them over the phone (they ignore emails) they happened to be very much aware of this... Internet is so poor that it made it impossible to use, so had to use roaming at all times. During our stay we tried to contact management of the property and sent about 6 emails and non of them was replied on. We wouldn't recommend to stay here. Better avoid this property.

The apartment the location and everything else was on the doorstep. After staying in Portugal for many years this area was such a welcoming change.

There was nothing I didn't like about this place.
