This is a typical hotel from a well-established chain: not particularly original, but it delivers consistent standards of comfort and cleanliness. The room is not large, but it does not feel claustrophobic either. The bed is comfortable, the sheets were clean, the pillows are good, and housekeeping was one of the strongest aspects of the stay. The amenities are fairly basic, with nothing especially memorable, but they do not detract from the experience. For travelers looking for a comfortable stay and planning to spend most of their time outside the hotel, this can be a good option.
The main weakness is maintenance. On the first night, we reported water leaking from the shower area into the room, but the issue was not resolved at any point during our stay.
Considering the room rate, I expected greater attention to detail and a higher level of guest care, not only in terms of maintenance but also in areas such as room preparation and evening turndown service.
A hotel in this price range should not leave a water leak unresolved throughout a guest’s stay. The overall structure is good, but maintenance needs significantly more attention.
