Large apartment good location comfy beds

Bath falling apart, shower created too much water on bathroom floor, no plug in kitchen sink, noisy neighbour's.

Superb

The apartment is really big. Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms with modern showers. Kitchen with dish washer and wash machine. The host was so accommodating. He picked us up from the airport which is quite far outside of the city ($30).

The only bad thing was that there was construction of the next house and a jackhammer woke us up one morning. But the host agreed to take us back to the airport free of charge.

Generally ok but needs a little TLC to bring up the standard.

Overall, all was good, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

The wash basin in the shower room was very loose and could fall off the wall at any time. Other than that, there was no toaster, not enough cutlery and the vacuum cleaner did not work.

Very fine stay for a first discovery of the city.Nice location in a quiet neighborhood.Recommended!

Very good communication with the host prior to arrival and during the stay. Nice, spacious and well-furnished apartment. Very good location, quiet neighborhood, close to public transportation. Restaurants and shops in the area.

We were surprised to notice that some smell of smoking was coming into the apartment from other units. But it was easily fixed by turning on the kitchen air extractor.

Staying at Venice Apartment was an overall pleasant experience and fulfilled our expectations to the most.

Great location, clean, very warm and cozy, helpful host

Sometimes water was draining between the bathtub and the wall due to poor sealing.

It was alright.

The location is good - a few steps from the metro station James Bouchier. The owner is very polite, he waited for us at midnight to hand the keys. Communication with him was excellent.

However. In the day of arrival the owner sent us to a different flat, as the parking of this one was not available. The apartment was too big and the quality was worse than the one we booked. We had horrible view from the window - to an ugly construction site. The dish washer was not working. The car lift broke on the second day, which completely failed our plans for the day. There are no sockets in the bathroom - strange. But the host did give a discount for the parking due to what happened. Overall - good host but I would not visit again this apartment. And I do not appreciate last minute changes.

Nikolai is a great host who went out of his way to help us with any of our needs. On the check out day he collected our bags, took them to a different location as the apartment we stayed in was being cleaned and brought them back at 4p.m. so we can collect them before going to the airport. No extra charge, only smiles! The apartment is very big, in a great neighborhood full of restaurants and shops. Coming back 100%!

Very good

There were a lot of towels provided, the owner was very kind and quick to respond, and they offered to clean midway through our trip.

There was too much furniture for the space in the main living room and there were not enough cooking amenities (could use a baking sheet, more pot/pan options.

Well equipped spacious flat

Spacious, well equipped apartman very close to the metro station located in a nice neighboorhood of Sofia.

No problems, nothing to complain about. :-)
