The staff was so helpful, friendly and attentive. This was very much appreciated. Although the hotel is located on a busy one way street, the night was very quiet. And the onsite parking, albeit very small is managed very well (assistance for moving the car into a tight slot was very helpful). Also the breakfast was very good.

The hotel's location was excellent, and having free parking was a plus. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and nice.
The beds weren't very comfortable and there were no minibars in the rooms, but it was good value for money.
