Ein sehr einfaches Haus mit Sanierungsbedarf im Außenbereich. Wunderschön gelegen und sehr ruhig, wenn nicht gerade die Wiese gemäht wird

Es waren einige Steckdosen lose in der Wand. Sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Der Ausblick

Unsauber…überall Hundehaare,Decken vom Sofa waren nicht zu nutzen, genau wie Auflagen für Stühle. Teppich voller Hundehaare. Zu wenig Fliegengitter. Im unteren Bereich waren diese vorhanden aber oben im Schlafzimmer nicht. Man konnte nicht lüften, da sofort Fliegen im Zimmer waren und anderes Getier. Feuerschale war nicht ausgeleert, Grill war nicht verwendbar. Liegestühle im Außenbereich mit Spinnenweben umsponnen,verschmutzt,verwittert. Eigentlich sehr schade…das Haus hat Potenzial.

La maison est située au bout d'un petit chemin au milieu des prés. Elle a une belle vue sur les montagnes et c'est très calme. Le village est charmant.

L'équipement en vaisselle est bien mais l'électroménager ne correspond pas à une maison pour 7: frigo très petit, pas de four micro-ondes, pas de lave-vaisselle, pas de machine à laver. Une seule salle de bain pour 7 c'est peu. De plus les chambres étant au sous-sol il y a un problème d'humidité que les propriétaires ont essayé de résoudre avec un déshumidificateur mais il y a quand même une odeur forte de sous-sol et des moisissures sur les murs de la salle de bain. Il faudrait un minimum de rénovation et ce serait super. Probablement que l'hiver avec le chauffage au poêle c'est mieux.

Mooie en rustige ligging, proper huis, mooi uitzicht. Gerieflijk huis. Eigenaar via WhatsApp vlot bereikbaar. 2 honden waren welkom, al stond er de website dat het maar 1 hond was.

Badkamer nogal kil, vochtig en laag. Maar wel proper. Terras te vaak in de schaduw. Geen tafel in de tuin. Wel veel ligstoelen. Er loopt een wandelpad door/voor de tuin.
