I liked the fact that is was close to Kapooka where my son was participating in his Marching Out Parade.
It was a reasonable distance from town so I had to drive to get lunch and dinner. I don’t like driving at night especially in the rain so that was a bit of a nuisance for me. It may not worry other people.
The bathroom could do with a deep clean - especially around the shower. The rest of the unit was clean.

Good aircon for heating; very comfortable bed; clean unit; exceptionally hot water
Tap washers in bathroom needed replacing but not really an issue.

Bedding was clean.
The bed configuration was perfect.
It was available when we needed it to be.
Rough types hanging around outside.
Window of one of the neighbouring units smashed in.
Dirty cleaning rags out the front.
Smells a bit weird.
The water there tastes SO bad.
Ended up being more expensive than I thought it would be.
Noisy.
