Exceptional

Excellent staff, always helpful, smiling. Nice, new, clean facilities. Restaurant food and service were also excellent. I would stay there again.

Pool water temperature - too cold, not pleasant. Shuttle van schedule - running once per hour is not enough. It requires planning and is a source of stress. If it was once per 30 minutes it would have been better. Water pressure in the morning - not sure why but taking a shower between 8 and 9 AM was difficult. Either there is no hot water or no water at all. It was a challenge. No issues at other times though.

Nice view good kitchen, absurdly expensive

The website advertises that it can fit 7 people (4 adults and 3 small children) we were charged 195 per night extra because they said the cabin only fit 4 people. The staff was rude.

Your experience depends on the mobile home you rent.

Unit 25 is great!

Air conditioner in unit 28 does NOT work. Ants on floor near entrance and in fridge door.

Resort nice - bus in out of Florence poor experience , no reflection on the resort but good info for future customers.

Not as easy to commute between the resort and Florence as expected and the bus system is not good. Nothing is clear about how public buses work- you must stamp your ticket on bus which we did but the machine did not stamp it so fined 40 euros despite rest of family having stamped tickets. There was no reasoning with these two bus conductors nor did they explain what they were doing. They just asked if we were English and wanted ID when we had no clue what they were doing, and demanded 40 euros - it was really upsetting. Then they got off the bus straight after they had fined us. I wish we had refused and seen what would have happened. Later that week a blind Italian fella was asking us to help him stamp his ticket as he had not clue what to do either ? He could not see the machine slot not which way to put ticket up. It’s a big con.

This was a great place to stay if you want a bit of the city and a bit of the cute countryside.

It was great to come back to a peaceful place after the hustle and bustle of Florence. The pool was such a bonus with the hot weather. The shuttle service into Fiesole was reliable.

The rooms were quite small but ok for two nights. The restaurant/ shop had slightly irregular hours.

Outside of the rude personnel the stay was fine.

Quiet with a terrific view of Florence. The food and the staff at the restaurant were outstanding.

As we were checking in we were greeted very rudely by one of the staff. We had two young ladies that traveled with us from Rome but had reservations at another Airbnb. As soon as we got out of the car the lady started barking at us that we only had reservations for three and the two young ladies were not welcome on the property. We tried to explain the situation with no success as she was single minded and only wanted to ensure they did not get out of the car. It was ridiculous and certainly affected the two girls as they intended to get a cabin for the remainder of their stay but opted to stay elsewhere. It was uncalled for and she is a rude person that clearly had no business working with the public.

The peace and comfort of the location were very good. Additionally, the swimming pool was good for relaxing.

It was too far from Florence. Even getting to Fiesole was a long walk on a hilly road.

a great place to use as a base to explore Firenze

The location and the staff were excellent. The shuttle bus to Fiesole was very handy. The campsite was just the right size, the food was good, the pool was the perfect temperature and the view over Firenze was exceptional.

I made the assumption that our mobile home would have cooking facilities. It didn’t and it is my fault for not checking, so I would encourage others to be more thorough than me! As a result we had to eat out more than planned so I was pleased we were there for only three nights. The wifi didn’t reach our mobile home - it was a concern for my fifteen year old! I’m not sure what the point of compulsory swimming caps was. It didn’t bother me but it might bother some people.

The view of this place is exceptional and te restaurant is really good, the quality of the food was good, the bed was very confortable.

So sad that we couldn't use the pool even if we had a good day with a 20 degrees temperature

fantastic view from Pool, good bread in the morning with reservation, 20-30 minutes to Fiesole by foot on panorama route

No WiFi in lower mobile homes superior steep street for big camping mobiles, couldnt climb up again on their own, but a jeep helped

The view is to die for,our bungalow was the number 1, right next to the pool and has the most beautiful view of Firenze.

The mattress of the double was very uncomfortable. A dish cloth could will be handy to wipe dishes.
