Loved having the fire - made it very cosy.
Close to everything.
We found the beds mostly very uncomfortable - think the old inner spring mattresses need to be replaced or have good memory foam toppers on them.
As some of us were elderly, it made for several nights of poor sleep.
Also the dryer never completely dried clothes, no matter how long we ran it.

Location really good. Size of property good. Lots of crockery and pans in the kitchen
Some of the beds need new mattresses. One bed seemed to have no mattress at all.
No basics in the kitchen that people wouldn't necessarily bring, like salt and pepper, oil, tomato sauce, small milk for initial cuppa. The things that make you feel welcomed.
The stove had only one working burner so needs replacing and the air fryer didn't work.
