Only thing in the floor there was some silver strips that where very dangerous and pointed upwards which could cause an injury

We LOVED room 1306. It was much better than our previous stay in room 1308 six months ago. If we could select the same room when booking then we would probably stay for the third time. Our family with grandkids live in the area so this was the perfect accommodation to entertain them too. We had a fabulous holiday because of the location and clean facilities. We were given fresh towels and beds made on the Tuesday which was a welcome surprise. The room also had plenty of utensils and dishes too. A designated parking spot with room for our family visits was a bonus too.

The afterhours check in process was seamless, with explanations and directions offered via text and email which was very handy.

The beds - I can't believe for a "resort" that the beds didn't have a valance to cover the bases. I chose the bigger room simply because the bed was on a higher ensemble, however the base was on wheels with no wheel stoppers and the bedhead was not properly secured to the wall. Every time I rolled over, the bed and bedhead moved. The other room, the bed was quite low but also no valance so you could see the bedframe and slats, which is such a terrible look. The bedframe in the other room had the tags on the bedframe hanging out and again, for a "resort" this was poor attention to detail. The lounge being a white leather and clearly well used was off putting, so were the extremely flat and mismatched couch cushions. This was a budget stay, not a resort stay.
