Siamo stati accolti molto bene, la sera prima ci sono state mandate molte informazioni, anche un filmato. La terrazzo sul tetto una vista mozzafiato. La camera grande ed i letti comodi, un terrazzino ombreggiato.
Il bagno, qualche problema di pulizia, il sostegno della doccia che non reggeva il flessibile, lo scarico che funzionava male. Sotto il water ho trovato un rotolo di cartone di una carta igienica finita. Eppoi la mancanza di sapone e shampoo, non è dovuto ma è un'atto di cortesia. Il parcheggio lontano, per arrivare alla camera un labirinto di scale, prima scendi poi sali.. scomodo è dire poco

The apartment itself is very clean and well-maintained. I was welcomed by Milovan, a person of great humor and kindness. Having a private parking space is a massive stroke of luck here; if you are traveling by car and don't have private parking, forget about it, because Sveti Stefan is practically inaccessible at this time of year. However, the beach can be reached on foot, though the route includes stairs and takes about 15 minutes.
The host provided with all the information to reach the place and was always very available to all my requests and questions.
The big issue for me was the distance between the parking lot and the apartment, as well as the huge number of steps required to reach the apartment or to go up to the terrace (which is shared and detached from the apartment): travel light! The apartment is located on the ground floor, which naturally results in a certain lack of natural light and panoramic views.

Close to the Sveti Stefen Beach, terrace has a good view, workers are so kind and helpful.
Villa Slavica is good about price performance.

Lovely balcony and terrace to watch the sunset, very friendly and helpful hosts. The property is just a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants and shops.
This was not a problem for us as a younger couple, but there is a lot of steps. But for us this was fine!!
