We really love the ambiance of the hotel. The food is excellent, and we love the buffet breakfast that was included. We booked the place at the right time and due to the weather condition we truly enjoyed the hot spring of this hotel.

Very relaxing resort, great and private Cabana room. Friendly and welcoming service on arrival. Excellent and delicious food available. Great to have your own private jacuzzi in the Cabana. Lovely grounds, plenty of trees and flowers
Disappointed while waiting for our car to leave that the place near the pool where we were relaxing was apparently 'booked' and we were told to vacate. There was no signage nor were we informed that places in the resort could be booked, unfortunately this detracted from my opinion of the resort and whether I would return. Staff on check out was perfunctory as well as if no need to be pleasant as we had already completed our stay

The pool facilities and jacuzzi hot springs were the highlight of our one night stay. We all enjoyed them thoroughly, particularly the steamy pools.
The rooms were basic but had issues. The bathroom had orange stains on the floor and all round the bathroom wasn’t very cleanly or pleasant. No mirror or lamp in the bedroom area. A small pool of water also formed inside our room by the door coming somewhere from outside. Service for dinner was very slow and we were the only ones dining at around 9pm, and considering the wait the food wasn’t excellent, but with a few nice dishes. The waiter said the crispy pata was cooked from frozen.
