The location was excellent. Located in the heart of the historical center. The room was clean and comfortable. The apartment was charming and well decorated
The proprietors did not send an email before hand to inform of how to access the room and only sent the email a few minutes after 2pm (check-in time). There is a need for more professionalism on the part of the proprietors with respect to informing and explaining the access to the room before hand (e.g. one day or 3-4 hours minimum in advance of check-in). We had to ring the buzzer of the Bellini House in order to enquire about access to Bellini view and the reception of Bellini House informed us that they did not know but we were not the first to enquire. Having said all of that, Francesco, (impossible to reach Vincenzo. we called and left two messages and he never returned the calls), kindly allowed us to leave the luggage in the apartment until 2:30pm by extending access until 4pm. Thanks again Francesco!

Location and view was spectacolar. Absolutely worth it. You can see the Naples literally on your palm. Neighboorhood i s vivid, but it is not disturbing at all.
Somehow I thought that the whole space would be ours; I hadn't noticed that there were 4 appartments inside the space I perceived from the photos as one - ours. It surprised me, but finally we didn't mind. We were more out than inside, also that is why.

The location was very convenient both for walking and taking public transportation. The neighborhood is lively and charming. The view from the apartment is fantastic--you can even see Vesuvius.
The bed is uncomfortable. All of the furniture is cheap and low-taste. The sink and shower both have slow drains, which is not ideal when the shower is already weak and tepid.
