Excelente lugar

EL desayuno está muy bien, y la ubicación también. Ideal para descansar, el personal es muy atento y cordial en todo momento. Volveriamos sin duda.

EL menú del restaurante (Frey) no es muy variado a la hora de la cena.

Es desayuno estaba exquisito, la piscina temperada

La piscina cierra a las 21:30 y el gym abría desde las 10:00 hasta las 21:30. Debiesen tener mas extensión horaria.

Top Urlaub

Zimmer ( Garten Blick ) war sehr ruhig . Frühstück sensationell/ frisches Obst / Eier / Müsli / und natürlich süßes. Lage ok ( Hotel liegt am Berg ) am Besten mit Auto aber ich hatte keine und bin mit ÚBER gefahren. Und auch mit öffentlichen Verkehr problemlos. Personal súper freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch ein kleines gym . Ich würde wieder übernachten in dieser Hotel.

Nada.

Tendria que tener aire acondicionado. Un hotel de esa categoría y precio no.puede no tenerlo. Un snack había que bajar 100 metros a otro hotel y después de comer volver a subir con una pendiente extrema para nosotros que tenemos 71 años

Muy buena estadía

Desayuno buffet muy bueno y variado, ubicación excelente cerca de la zona centrica pero lo suficientemente alejado para tener tranquilidad. La piscina es pequeña, pero bien para disfrutar con los niños.

La habitación con vista al Lago estaba calurosa, mal para mi, pero bien para los que necesitan más calor.

EXCEPCIONAL!

Amamos a vista! Reservamos um quarto com vista pro lago e foi incrível, valeu muito a pena! O quarto era bem espaçoso, e aquecido na medida certa. O café da manhã também é maravilhoso! Bastante variedade e farto.

Não gostamos do horário do check-in (16h) diferente da maioria dos hotéis que geralmente é as 14h, chegamos antes das 12h e só liberaram o quarto realmente as 16h, mesmo tendo sido solicitado como pedido especial antes. Ficamos aguardando na recepção por um bom tempo. Outro ponto negativo que achamos foi a frente do hotel, era uma boa parte de terra, muita poeira subia o tempo todo por conta da movimentação dos carros. A impressão da chegada não foi as melhores. Pela estrutura do hotel, vale a pena fazer algum tipo de calçamento. Valorizaria bastante a chegada.

El desayuno muy completo. La habitación amplia , buenas camas. Si se va en auto es muy cómodo para salir a los diferentes paseos. El personal de recepcion excelentes !!!

El baño era cómodo pero le faltaría algún perchero , la ducha un poco chica y la mezcladora estaba suelta.

Difrutamo los siete dias de estadia!!!!

El desayuno excelente es lo mejor!!!!

Que la primera vez cenamos todas la noche en él hotel y esta vez tuvimos que ir todo los dias al centró de Bariloche a cenar.

El lugar muy lindo y el desayuno super completo y variado!

La habitación era un poco chica y el desague del baño largaba un olor raro. Estan en refacciones asi que habia un poco de ruido. En general muy lindo lugar igual!

Como me pasa seguido la pileta climatizada estaba helada. Cuando fui a reclamar me dicen recién la prendimos. Las camas no son muy cómodas

Era melhor ter pego um hotel do centro

O quarto tinha um bom sistema de aquecimento. E o café da manhã era muito bom.

Quarto muito pequeno, cama desconfortável, banheiro sem box era uma cortina de plástico horrível. Assim que cheguei tive uma desagradável surpresa pois o valor é cobrado em dólar. Então atenção a esse detalhe e como fica longe do centro é indispensável ter carro ou vc fica a mercê de pedir táxi ou remese.

Stay Away!!!

good breakfast

a. check in took 45 minutes when we were the only guests in the line b.after we got the room around midmight we found out that the sheets were not replaced. there was no one in the hotel except the reception guy . it took him 1 hour to come with a solution that we will move to another hotel as there were no otheravailable rooms. by this time our kids were already asleep in a different room and we couldnt move. we slept on the floor and despite many requests the hotel refused to compensate us for their mistake c. check out - again took a long time. the reception team again was not nice d. I just found out that they charged me 100$ more then the price in the reservation... still waiting for respond from their side

Several issues, but globally very nice and recommendable hotel

Nice hotel, confortable rooms and very nice view. Very good breakfast, better than most hotels in the area. Good services, and good global quality of the hotel. On site restaurant of nice quality.

Location far from the city, in the middle of a long dirty slope. By bus and / or foot, very inconvenient location, especially since there is nothing else than hotels around. If you have your car or use a taxi for every movement, there is no issue here. At the time we were staying at the hotel, middle of February, the hotel was a construction site extremely noisy during all day, and very crowded. There is a swimming pool, but pretty small and that doesn't seem so clean.

Great stay in a very comfortable hotel with amazing staff

- Very friendly staff - Super clean rooms, very friendly & helpful cleaning staff - Quite neigbhorhood - Amazing view - Fantastic breakfast

- The way up to the hotel by car was quite steep & very bumpy - Restaurant prices (besides breakfast) were expensive (even for Bariloche Standards)

look for premium rooms if they exist, standard rooms are too small

hotel has good infrastructure in general, location is right with a great view. Breakfast was very good, lots of options, despite the cold eggs.

the room is too small, access road is dirt and difficult to drive thru. Dinner (by reservation) was a big failure, food in the buffet was not replaced and we left hungry.
