Overall, a very pleasant stay. Unfortunately the public hot tub was out of service, which was disappointing, but the staff offered us a free room upgrade, and provided us with a guest room that had a hot tub.

Very clean with helpful staff. Breakfast was fresh and filling.
No shelf in shower for shampoo, etc. I kept dropping them, risking a fall. Disappointed that pool was not available.

The complimentary breakfast provided in the lobby was good.
The mini refrigeration in our room did not work and it smelled. Also, it was close to 100 degrees outside and the air conditioning in the lobby area was not on or was not working for some reason. It was very hot and stuffy in the lobby. The furniture in the lobby was very old, dated and in poor condition. It was not inviting to seat down at all.
