The frontdesk team is very helpful and they always have a great attitude. They are there to help you with your accomodation requests.
They answer whatsapp questions pretty quick as well
The guys selling the vacational package are pretty rude. They do not even let you stay there for a while but then just come and offer you an aggresive "opportunity for signing" you cannot miss.
I also did not like that you cannot use a "hielera" near to the swimming pool without a clear reasoning.

Clean, green and a little removed from the parting. Nice and quiet. Cool pool for children.

Very friendly welcome from all staff. We were lucky that we were able to check in an hour early. Room was large and comfortable. The walk to the beach and centre was about 10 minutes.
There were only 2 choices for breakfast as well as fruit. Both days, there were misunderstandings regarding what we wanted. Menus with descriptions would have made this better.

I love the overall look of the hotel. I love how it has the Costa Rica character and beautiful plants. The breakfast was amazing and the pool was great and fun.
The hotel room felt dirty. There was a stain on the floor around the refrigerator. The couch had rips under the pillows, which expose the foam underneath, and the foam had stains on it. The box springs under the mattresses were torn and dirty. The beds were not comfortable. The bathroom drain was broken and looked unsafe for my children. Also important to note that certain places in Jaco do not feel safe after the sun goes down. We ended up eating at Cocal and saw so many women who look like prostitutes. Definitely not the best place for a family.
