Villa is well appointed, clean and well designed. Great water pressure in the shower. But what made our stay exceptional was the staff, particularly Suji, our butler who made us feel very cared for.
The villa is about a 20 min walk from the beach, and there are restaurants, bars and shops within 5 mins walk.

The villa was beautiful, spacious, peaceful and impeccably maintained. Having our own private pool was a real highlight, and despite being so close to the heart of Seminyak, the villa itself felt like a tranquil little oasis. The location is also fantastic, with restaurants, shops and everything you need just a short walk away.
What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service — particularly our private butler, Ketut. He was outstanding. Warm, friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful, Ketut went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He prepared delicious breakfasts for us each morning, kept everything beautifully clean and organised, and was always available whenever we needed anything. His genuine kindness and thoughtful attention to detail made us feel completely at home.
The level of personal service at Hevea Villas is something you don't often experience, and Ketut deserves a very special mention. He is a wonderful ambassador for Balinese hospitality.

After a flight delay, our driver Putu (Gede) took us directly to the villa. Our security person was still waiting for us to hand over the key and show us our villa at 1.00am!
The Villa was spacious, beautifully cleaned and well laid out. We had nothing to dislike as we were waited on with everything by our friendly and efficient butler Sherly, Nothing was too hard for her to make our stay more enjoyable and relaxing.

Breakfast was great every morning. Good choices, well cooked and well served.
Cosy and comfortable. Privacy maintained. Location was great. Felt safe.
Toilets were blocked which was fixed after reporting.
