The hotel feels more like an apartment than a hotel. During our family trip, we enjoyed relaxing there and seeing the city view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple, but the hospitality was wonderful. It gave us a warm feeling, like having a meal prepared by our relatives at home.
I don't like the hotel use old/out of date air conditioners ( I think it is split type), and it took time to be cold.

The room was spaceous, the beds were comfy even though the mattresses were quite stiff
The shower and toilet were very close to one another

Great facilities, en suite, kettle, fridge, a/c, close to Bui vien yet quiet. Excellent value for money.

Friendly staff. Were able to store bags before check in.
Mattress is very hard (but that seems to be common in Vietnam).
