The restored buildings and history of the resort was really interesting and was a pleasure to stay in. The staff along with the local produce were excellent. The resort tour was excellent and very informative. Lovely pool area as well. Proximity to Monopoli was also really good.
Our room was on upper floor of restored building and there were a lot of steep steps to get to room especially with luggage.

This is a wonderful place full of charm and character. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the ambience of this peaceful Masseria. The room was grand and yet welcoming and relaxed. We had an evening tour of the Masseria which was an utterly delightful surprise. Ancient olive trees, beautifully illuminated, led us to the old Masseria fortified castle and then on to a complex of caverns with the preserved remains of the old olive oil production processing.
This was followed by an olive oil tasting and then an Aperitivo with Davide. Davide is a sommelier and produces 0ne after another utterly delicious dishes locally produced and prepared by him. These are accompanied by wines he has curated from all around Italy. Aperitivo is an understatement. You will not need to follow this with a meal!
A short drive from Monopoli, this is a great place to stay or even visit for an evening.

Lovely and quite. Nice room and bathroom. Beautiful terrace. The millennial olive tree park is exceptional
Another warm blanket would be nice

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and big
The stairs to the room were many but staff helped on arrival to get suitcases up to the room
The pool was a freestanding one but clean
The whole Maseeria was a little more rustic than expected
The bathroom within the room was functional but was small and no privacy
No evening meal was available unless you booked on their tour
