The hotel is wonderful, very clean, and very stylish. Very close to the sea. Excellent
The only thing that bothered me was that my room was on the 2nd floor. Of course, nobody is obligated to carry anyone's luggage. But as I was dragging my heavy suitcase up the stairs, bumping it all the way, the fact that the hotel representative gentleman walking behind me didn't even politely offer to help erased everything! I didn't feel safe!

Zas Studios is meticulously maintained, quiet and comfortable, a short walk to all amenities, and the hosts are delightful and welcoming. Our stay on Naxos, and in Naxos Town, was made better than we hoped for because of our stay at Zas Studios.
Nikos and Maria were the highlight of our stay; some of the other reviews here are understating how wonderful they are: All recommendations for excursions, food, and to-do's were fantastic. Communication is clear, direct, helpful, and polite. Requests are graciously accomodated.
The shower fits larger individuals. I am 6'2" and had plenty of clearance.
Hot water never ran out.
Hanging wet clothes outside is do-able with plenty of space, a drying rack, and a drain on the patio balcony itself.
The kitchen is equipped enough to cook light meals, coffee, and tea.
While in your room you will hear the other units doors closing, but you will not hear other guests in their rooms. We had no issues with noise or sleeping. I am a very light sleeper and sleep with earplugs when travelling; no noise was loud enough to disturb me during sleep.
The bed was comfortable, there was no noise when adjusting or moving in bed, and the curtains block enough light to sleep in past daybreak if needed.
When we return to Naxos, we do not need to look elsewhere for accomodations as Zas Studios has everything we need and more than we expected.

This place renting studios but their services are like at least 3 star hotels. I have stayed many hotels in Greece but haven’t seen this quality. Rooms are being cleaned everyday. They left enough water and some beverages into the fridge. ( Although I am not interested beverages with gas, this is plus ) They have net doors in balcony, even 3-4 star hotels don’t think about this but for people like me who hasn’t got good relations with mosquitoes, it is a huge plus. They even think about supplying comb for you :) I will definitely visit Naxos again and I hope I can find vacancy in this place..
