The hotel has an old world feel. The manager was very polite.
My room was fine - on the top floor. My friend's room was on the ground floor beside the courtyard, tiny, with no outside window and no privacy at all. When we arrived, we were asked to pay additional taxes in Euros when we arrived, which I am still not sure about. We booked an excursion thru the hotel management, and realized we'd been charged 3 X what others on the same bus had paid. Started to feel ripped off. So I would be wary of purchasing trips or anything thru the hotel.

Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e cura. La stanza sulla terrazza è meravigliosa!!! Bagno comodo e spazioso, peccato non ci sia la porta. Inoltre voglio ancora ringraziare per come si sono resi disponibili con il mio compagno che non è stato bene, gli hanno preparato una tisana che sie è rivelata un vero toccasana. Grazie ancora a tutti <3

Very friendly and helpful staff that let us check in early. Beautifully decorated rooms and comfortable beds. Good central location.
The Riyad is very noisy. There was late night quests checking in, and they were talking and laughing very loudly with the receptionist for almost an hour until almost 12 am at night. We heard every word and couldnt sleep even with earplugs. The other Riyads we have stayed in had silence after 10 pm and encourages people to be mindfull. Here it was silence only after 12 pm.
