Excelente experiência de hospedagem. O hotel é confortável, possui uma boa estrutura e oferece um ambiente bastante agradável.
Um dos grandes destaques foi a comida, que estava excelente. As opções tanto no café da manhã quanto no jantar eram muito boas, com bastante variedade e qualidade.
Outro ponto positivo foi o atendimento. Os funcionários foram sempre muito cordiais, atenciosos e proativos, demonstrando disposição para ajudar sempre que necessário.
No geral, foi uma ótima estadia e uma experiência que certamente recomendo.

The whole structure is amazing and offers everything you need for a family vacation. Entertainment is offered for all ages. Very close to Acqua park, which makes it easy to get to the main attraction.
Information provided by the team in the Frontdesk during checkin could be more clear and comprehensive when informing about the services, your tickets, what’s included or not in your package, etc.

Localização. Muito embora tenha um pecado: não estar a beira do mar.
Defeitos na hospitalidade. Cobrança por itens menores como toalhas. Academia não funcionando sem aviso previo, nao tem transporte para a praia, nao realizam ajustam nos ingressos do beach park, nao tinha transfer diário para o arvorar, instalações já desgastadas, chuveiro ruim, esqueceram de ir buscar as minhas malas na saida mesmo eu tendo solicitado pelo canal adequado. Time de recreação para crianças muito fraco, sem graça e quase amador. Meus filhos não gostaram.
