The location is very convenient, especially due to its proximity to the airport. The food was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.
The cleanliness of the room could be improved, but overall, I had a pleasant stay.

A really lovely hotel with super friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable, incredibly clean with tea/coffee making facilities and filtered water. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Citronella (nice smelling) lit outside the room each night. Food is well cooked and a vegan menu. There is a huge colony of nursing fruit bats in the palm trees which emerge at dusk to provide the most wonderful aeriel display. They are quite noisy but they are magnificent and best of all, rhey are protected on Omali grounds (elsewhere they are hunted). Well done Omali!

Great location. Beautifully maintained grounds. Room was very clean and large. Staff all very nice and friendly. Restaurant has vegan options. Pool bar is the best place at dusk to watch the very large coliny of fruit bats (which are protected by Omali) - that is my favourite bit about this hotel!
All great nothing to not like but note, Omali cannot change money.

lack of attention to the customer. we got a stormy night and it started raining in the room.
We were assigned a room at the back of the hotel and asked to be assigned a room closer to the restaurant and other services because my friend was very sick and needed assistance. They did not take this into consideration and were not flexible in assigning us a room closer and the hotel was not fully booked. Location away from the city of São Tomé.
