Very clean and efficiently run , staff are so so helpful with everything.. our room was comfortable, the fridge was very useful as was the water dispenser in the corridor, which gave both still and sparkling water .. bed and pillows were very nice , and windows were massive and opened if u didn’t want use air con all the time. Breakfast was fantastic, and the waiting staff made sure nothing ran out ! The SKM station is just ten minutes walk away, linking to the tricity area, and tickets are reasonably priced. Quite handy for us, as we didn’t hire a car. Check in and check out went smoothly. All in all , very good value for money .. A/C, pool, safety deposit box, breakfast, train availability.. it definitely ticked all of our boxes!
Our first room faced onto the motorway, which we found a little noisy as we like to have our windows open at times, the staff moved us immediately, without any fuss to the back side of the hotel, where it is quieter and cooler , and only distant sounds of the railway trains to be heard. The pool and spa facilities are lovely, but Monday to Friday only opened at 5pm , which for us was inconvenient, as we like to swim before breakfast.

Dirty toilet, they don’t really clean their rooms well.
