We loved everything about the property, the location- right over the city square with wide, clear and gorgeous views of the Andes Mountains and the crystal lake. Walking downtown to all the restaurants was 5 minutes away. The rooms were spotless. The front desk was helpful in many ways. Jessica graciously helped me translate Spanish into English to pay for a tour. We can’t say enough positive things about how amazing staying at this property was. But the most outstanding aspect of our stay was how warm, caring, and helpful the owner, Luciana was. She went the extra mile to stay available for the smallest need we had. ..Checking in at appropriate times to make sure all was well. She was so extraordinarily kind. We will be back and highly recommend it.
