Disappointing
The members of staff were really amazing
The house isn't really as pretty as in the pictures, the house is either still being built or with serious structural problems. The worst part is that the pool was the reason why I picked the place but it was disgusting! Very filthy and not as big as in the pictures

Bad
They had airconditioning
Bed was dirty, could smell the previous occupant and found hair in die bed. Bathroom was dirty and towels werent washed. Booking.com said that breakfast was included but the security gaurd or construction worker/ gardener that was manning the reception when we arrived said that was not true and that we had to pay an extra R 180.00 for breakfast per person. Wouldn't recommend. Fotos on booking.com are old and misleading.

Do not go here!
I was told my booking did not include breakfast.
The place was under construction and I was not made aware of this before I booked. Had I known I would not have booked. The pool was fully with a thick layer of silt at the bottom of it. The owner was not on the property. I small garden who barely spoke English was put in charge. The two other men who lurked about on the property always relaxing about, watching TV in the guest house and having dinner, I was told we're contractors, but they never had a spec of dust on them, and I never saw them work once! The white couches in the photo are stained black with dirt. The couches upstairs had holes in them. The small mats infornt of the beds in the rooms were filly. The garden woke me up one evening talking loudly in the room opposite me and when I asked him to please keep it down, he stepped into the room and closed the door where I saw he had a female companion. So he was entering his friend's while the owner was away. The bedding was dirty and I has to move rooms. The are rats in the roof!!! The water was turned off so I had to ask them to turn it on so I could bath. One day I came back from work and found my luggage missing. I ran around the property trying to find out where it is and a very stinky and drunk garder explain that he moved me to another room. He was slurring. On my last day there I saw the the garden enter the common lounge having relieved himself still busy doing up us trousers. It was very unsettling. And then proceed to openly have a cigarette in front of the entire property without a care in the world. It was the same day the maid come into the house screaming greetings to everyone and talking on the top of her voice. Anyone who wanted to sleep in, would have most definitely failed at that point! As a single lady I felt very unsafe. Service did not exist there. Do not go here!

Passable
It's clean and quiet, bed is comfortable, next to the mall , restaurants and sea.Quiete
When we were sleeping at night we heard noise in the ceiling board as if it's rats making noise and that was very disturbing, another thing no one explains to us about food as I saw when I was booking that they sell food, they only gave us keys and password for WiFi,tea things with no milk and they didn't tell us that they renovation as we were arriving we almost make a U-turn because of the way it's looks like at the front it's not what I saw when I was booking but I hope next time it will be perfect
