Good location, close to trams and Southern Cross Station. Very handy to have a washing machine, drier, and clothing rack.
Extractor fan in bathroom not working, despite changing rooms to due to the first one having a broken extractor fan, dishwasher, and wardrobe rail and a shower that ran cold on and off during use. Both units needed proper cleaning as very dusty around bed head and side tables and very dirty on floor around side tables and under the bed.

Location was good as we were exhibiting at MCEC so it was a quick walk. Our request for highest floor was accomodated by the staff as we booked well in advance.The staff was helpful and looked after us.
The noise on Flinders was annoying
