Very friendly owner

We made one previous reservation and we had some problem. So we dwcided to make another reservation around midnight. We arrived at locatiin around 00.30 and owner waited us. They also made a breakfast for us in the

Exceptional

Beautiful place, really good location and reasonably priced. It was very clean and about a 12 minute ride to the city. Felt very at home and they had a large kitchen and dining room that me and my partner enjoyed drinking coffee and watching movies in. We had a lovely time. Highly recommend 💕

Very good

The room was spacious and comfortable, location-wise the guest house is very close to the beach.

We didn't enjoy the breakfast much and you have to pay extra for it. But of course everyone's tastes are different :)

Great.

We had really great host. Everything was so homely. Thank you very much Nino and Beso. WE will definitely back to your guest house again.

For me it was not enough storage space but it is not a big problem .

Great breakfast, good communication with the owner, it is located not far from the botanic garden, the grocery and pharmacy are nearby

Cleanliness, ants in the bath, it was damp in the rooms that was a problem for a person with an allergy

Highly recommended

Cozy rooms, great location, friendly hosts and delicious food. Host met us in the bus station and drive to the guest house in his car. He offered a great tour to Mtirala national park on a reasonable price, which was great trip with beautiful nature spots. We didn't go out for food, because the hosts cooked for us very delicious Georgian food themselves, which was awesome. The location is in a quiet place, just a 5 minute walk from the beach, and 6 km from Batumi city center, good for relax. I will definitely choose this guesthouse if I will visit Batumi again.

Perfect stay at this family-owned guesthouse. We were treated like their own family!

Breakfasts were exceptional and never the same. If you ate the breakfast, don't even think about lunch... you're good to go for the most of the day. If you still want something special for lunch or dinner, like traditional Georgian khinkali, etc., Nino can arrange it for you. Thank you, Nino and Beso! )))

Exceptional

the breakfast was perfect, very nutritious. it was possible to order lunch and dinner and every time the food was tasty. they cook the local meals. you may order coffee, which will be cooked in Turkish way the owners are sympathetic to all the guests' needs. The location is perfect - close to the sea and markets, cozy and quiet. the air is fresh. It is the Batumi suburb, so the view of the city is marvelous. the bus stop is close and it takes about 10-15 min to reach the Batumi center (bus 31 or 21) or to the Batumi botanical garden which is an absolute must-see

the road that you have to cross on the way to the beach is awful. the traffic is heavy all the time and Georgian drivers are not so kind to let you cross.
