We loved our stay so much. Everything is perfect. Location. Interiors. Room. Vibe. Izamal late in the evening and early in the morning, before the heat, and before the tour buses, feels magical, and this hotel just made the magic more complete for us.

This property is beautiful and well-kept. The location is right on the central square across from the Convento, ideal for visiting Izamal. Staff was extremely friendly. It was a delight to explore the grounds with its unique decor and architecture. It was nice to have coffee and toast provided each morning, and we enjoyed the on-site restaurant and shop of handmade goods.

The location right in the center of the city
My only complaint was room 11 we stayed in was right beside the fish pond and to me it sounded like a washing machine was running all night but other than that I would Give the rest of our stay a 9 out of 10
