The apartment was convenient, very spacious, and quiet. The location is close to a lively area, just a few minutes’ walk from the center of the village where you can find restaurants, cafes and markets. The nearest beach is only a 4-5 minute drive away and you can easily explore the island from there - even the furthest accessible point by car is less than an hour away.
What impressed us the most was the owner’s hospitality. He was very friendly, gave us useful recommendations for places to visit, and was always happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Bellissima struttura composta da 6 appartamenti ciascuno su 2 piani a poche centinaia di metri dal paese di Stavros. In ogni appartamento al piano terra c'è un bagno e una cucina attrezzata e divani letto, aria condizionata, e TV con una rampa di scale si sale al secondo piano dove ci sono un altro bagno e 2 letti singoli e balcone. Nella struttura c'è una piscina pulitissima molto comoda con una parte in cui si tocca e un'altra profonda. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e disponibili. Vivono in un appartamento della struttura. Conoscono molto bene anche l'italiano e sono sempre pronti ad aiutare e consigliare

De ligging was geweldig en een klein centrum dichtbij waar je heerlijk kan eten. De gastheer is zeer vriendelijk.
De kamers zijn geschikt om met kinderen te verblijven.
Wij vinden het niet erg, maar de badkamer is gedateerd en bijv de wc-bril zit los. Voor een verblijf op Ithaca is de verhouding prijs-kwaliteit goed.

The owners were very friendly and helpful and the pool was kept spotless. The gift as we left was very nice too.
The property was in need of repairs and maintenance. New mattresses were needed. I woke up sore each day as they were very thin. The furniture could do with an update and there was limited kitchen utensils, one pot no sharp knife or scissors or anything for cooking. Many of the light bulbs in the lights did not work, the bathroom tap was loose in the sink, the sink door was damaged, the plastic shower screen had mould ( but otherwise the unit was very clean) the kettle needed replacing as leaked when filled. The pool fence was falling down as well.
